I've been playing this game for quite a while now, but always wish we could have several babies at the same time, to apply different strategies. Is it going to come up?

Thanks you for your suggestion. This is on our list for one of the future games.
Meanwhile you can have one baby from a few of our games like Baby Adopter, Baby Adopter Dress Up, Baby Adopter Holidays, Baby Adopter Sea and you will have several babies to take care for.
